Dyson on Cameron’s parliamentary defeat on Syria

Over at the Monkey Cage, Prof. Stephen Dyson analyzed David Cameron’s parliamentary defeat on Syria. From the essay: “After the final Iraq vote in 2003, The Guardian newspaper commented that parliament had been given “the power to stop war before it begins,” although it “did not take that chance, alas.” This time, it did.” Congratulations!
