The Association of Graduate Economics Students proudly presents its 2010-11 Distinguished Lecture. This year’s speaker is the new Dennis Weatherstone Senior Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, and was previously professor of economics and director of the Center for International Economics at the University of Maryland. She is the co-author (with Kenneth Rogoff) of the recent New York Times bestseller This Time Is Different, which builds on over a decade of her work understanding financial crises. AGES gratefully acknowledges support from the Graduate Student Senate and the Department of Economics for this event.
